RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns and Exchanges Duration: Customers are allowed to initiate exchanges and returns within 3 days after receiving the product.

Conditions for Exchange & Return:

Lost Money Receipt/Tags/Barcode: If the money receipt, tags, or barcode are lost, exchanges can still be processed. Customers need to provide the purchased contact number for verification of purchase history.

Note: If the issue is from our side, we offer FREE returns, exchanges, or refunds. Otherwise, the customer bears the return shipping expense.

Valid Reasons for Returns:

  1. Product is damaged or defective (physically destroyed, broken, dead on arrival).
  2. Product is incorrect or incomplete (presentation/specification different on website, missing parts).
  3. Size mismatch.

Reasons NOT Considered Valid:

  1. No longer having a use for the product.
  2. Change of mind about the purchase after the order has been placed.
